We want you to feel fabulous in your Collectif Vintage pieces, but if your items aren't quite the right fit, you can return them within 28 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original vintage-inspired tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
